Miles Bonell - Founder & Principal Consultant
Miles Bonell is the founder of miloHR and works directly with leadership teams to help organisations strengthen their people strategy, improve hiring and build scalable HR foundations.
He has worked across global organisations such as Amazon and Tesco, as well as scaling businesses and founder-led companies going through periods of rapid growth.
Miles specialises in helping leadership teams solve practical people challenges including recruitment strategy, organisational design, HR systems and performance management.
His focus is always on delivering practical improvements that help businesses operate more effectively as they grow.
Andrew Hall - HR Consultant
Andrew is an experienced HR generalist with more than 15 years’ experience across corporate and consulting environments.
He has worked with large organisations including Epson and Tesco, as well as supporting smaller businesses through independent consulting engagements.
Andrew now runs Pondcroft Consulting and collaborates with MiloHR on larger projects and complex HR matters where additional expertise is required.
With a Master’s degree in Human Resource Management, Andrew brings strong technical expertise and multi-sector experience to HR projects.
Franco Trapanese - HR Consultant
Franco has more than 20 years’ experience working across the full HR lifecycle in a range of corporate environments.
His experience includes HR operations, strategic HR leadership and business transformation initiatives across multiple industries.
Franco previously held senior HR roles at organisations including Canada Life and WPP before establishing NESE HR Consultancy.
He works with MiloHR on transformation projects, restructures and complex employee relations matters where additional senior HR expertise is required.
