Tier 1
£125 hr - HR advisory inc document drafting, general advice, payroll, performance management, sickness/absence advice, L&D etc
Tier 2
£175 hr - HR Consulting inc strategy, disciplinary / grievance, redundancies, dismissals, org development, onsite training, system implementation etc
Fixed Fee.
TA or HR Strategy Session
£3000 - Cost includes;
1 half day fact finding session with business

£750 per day - Includes;

£3000 - Cost includes;

Single assignment - 15% fixed fee per role
